Butcher Bright has been specially formulated for the food, beverage & industrial industries as a chlorine-based detergent and sanitizer. A well-balanced blend of superior soil removing, high-foaming & chlorine-releasing agents.Butcher Bright is the ideal detergent for cleaning steel and stainless steel food processing equipment, walls, floors, overhead piping & other hard-to-reach areas in meat- and fish-packing plants, canneries, dairies, soft drink plants, breweries, wineries, bakeries, and other food and beverage processing facilities, as well as change houses and other wash areas. DIRECTIONSHeavy Duty Cleaning (Deep Clean):Butcher Bright one (1) part concentrate on ten (10) parts water.Medium- to Light Duty Cleaning:Dilute Butcher Bright one (1) part concentrate on twenty (20) parts water. Butcher Bright is readily applied through a foamizer or other foam-generating equipment. Contact time will vary – depending on the type and extent of soils.For heavily soiled problem areas, agitating with a long-handled brush or mop will speed the cleaning action. A potable water rinse on all surfaces should follow (mandatory on food contact surfaces).DO NOT USE BUTCHER BRIGHT IN CONFINED AREAS AND DO NOT MIX WITH AN ACIDIC SOLUTION.
